Book your annual chimney sweep and service

It’s important to have your chimney swept and your appliance serviced each year to ensure safe operation and the longevity of your installation.

A solid fuel appliance creates soot and clinker when used, and these deposits gather in your flue leading to reduced performance and efficiency. An annual sweep and service will ensure your appliance and installation are safe to use, and are essential to avoid potential dangerous outcomes such as a blocked flue, carbon monoxide poisoning and possibly even chimney fires which can burn at 1000 degrees.

The ideal time to have your chimney swept is at the end of the burning season. This regular maintenance will help to prolong the life of your installation and prevent problems in the future.

On completion of this service, we provide you with certification that is necessary to validate any warranties of your flue and appliance, and will also validate any property insurance.

Please note that if you have a problem with your installation and you do not have annual chimney sweeping certificates, then it is likely that any warranties and insurances will be deemed invalid.

Please call us to book a sweep, or visit our showroom to arrange with one of our team.
