We removed and decommissioned the old open fire with 1960s tiled fire surround and back boiler here. We put the Beltane Chew 5kW dry appliance in it’s place. Due to the kitchen to the left and airing cupboard to the right the opening is quite slender and the original flue slightly offset also. All problems over come and we now have a high efficiency, clean and powerful installation which will be enjoyed for many years to come!!!
